DFM&DFA report making

Provide product design suggestions from product assembly, injection molding, post-processing technology, mold manufacturing, etc., and provide modification plans for design defects. Reduce mold opening and production costs. Improve the life of the mold and improve the production yield.


1.Product assembly analysis: analyze the assembly process, understand the functional requirements, and obtain the minimum number of parts and assembly problems. Reduce the cost of mold opening, reduce the assembly line and the cost of mold opening.
